How has the team grown since the Horsforth office opened last year?

We opened the office with two trainee solicitors and me, and have rapidly grown to a team of 13 comprising four solicitors, four conveyancers, a trainee solicitor, and four legal assistants.

What has been one of your most rewarding cases to work on in the last 12 months?

Concluding one of my long-running matrimonial finance cases for a domestic abuse victim was definitely a rewarding and heart-warming moment.  It was a good outcome that enabled the client to move on with her life and make future plans for herself and her children, and seeing her relief and happiness was an emotional moment.

How has the Horsforth office been welcomed into the local community?

We have felt very welcomed into the local community.  We have been invited into and have joined several community events, and have formed really good relationships with local businesses, particularly the estate agents and cafes!

What’s next for the Horsforth office?

Our priority will be continuing to service our clients and the surrounding community and to be there when they need us.  Our family department has already grown significantly, and we plan to expand further in the near future to meet demand.   Watch this space!
