Divorce.

Children matters.
If you have children, when you separate, decisions need to be made about arrangements. If there are any disputes about the arrangements for the children, then you may need legal assistance.

There are two main types of family law injunction; a non-molestation order and an occupation order.
Contested finances.
This is where parties cannot agree how to divide their assets on separation or divorce.
Financial consent orders.
A financial consent order is a document that sets out all the terms of a financial settlement between a married couple, at the time of their divorce.
Separation agreements.
If you were never married or you are married but not divorcing as part of your separation, then the court will not approve a consent order. The next best option is to have a separation agreement drawn up.
