Working smarter.
For an easier legal journey.
We got sick of doing things a certain way because that’s the way they’ve always been done.
Having worked in various law firms of all shapes and sizes, we knew there was a better way; an easier, more client focused way, to get the law done.
So, how are we doing it?
We’ve committed to a smarter way of working. We’re using advancements in technology to improve your legal journey, including:
24/7 online portals where you can get real time updates on your matters
Electronic ID verification
Virtual witnessing
Putting you at the centre
We’re working on the things that matter the most to you. Your decisions, your questions and your future.
We give advice that’s real. Advice that even when you don’t like what we have to say, you can still trust that it’s in your best interest.
It really is all about you.

When I decided to become a solicitor, practicing property law as my area of expertise came naturally. As a logical person with a practical mind, the processes and workings of residential and commercial property are what I thrive on. Whether it’s complex leases or acquisitions, or helping businesses grow their property portfolio and social landlord matters, that’s what you’re likely to find me working on if you ever pop into the office.
Holden Smith Law is a firm with people at the centre. And I’m convinced that this is what makes it the success it is.
With a love of technology and a firm belief in the benefits it can bring, it was always my intention for Holden Smith to be a law firm with a modern outlook. I’ve worked for a number of law firms as both a solicitor and a partner. I’ve never understood why any firm wouldn’t embrace anything that’s designed to make the experience of legal services easier for clients and the fee earners delivering them.

Business development has always been my thing. Meeting new people and finding ways in which we can work together for the benefit of clients is part and parcel of my everyday life.
Having worked for a number of different law firms during my career, I’ve built an incredibly strong professional network within both the property and legal industries. A network including estate agents, financial advisors and mortgage brokers. Starting my own firm, for me, was the next logical step. And I haven’t looked back.
I love thinking about how I can make legal services easier and more accessible to clients. Being technology focused and having a solid commitment to down to earth approachability is the key to that. People are at the core of everything we do here at Holden Smith Law, and that’s what makes it a firm that everyone can trust.
