Starting salary: £11,500 per annum (+7.5HRS / week study time)

Due to our continued growth, Holden Smith is recruiting for several Legal Administration Apprentices to join the team at our Horsforth or Leeds Crossgates office.

What you’ll be doing in this role:
Dealing with telephone, email, and website enquiries
File opening
Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely fashion
Making appointments
Managing a busy diary system
Liaising with co-workers
Updating management systems
Filing, photocopying and scanning documents
Checking documents for errors / amendments
Ensuring that the company’s policies and procedures are upheld and adhered to at all times
Other administration-based duties as and when required
What skills we’re looking for:
A confident and professional telephone manner
Excellent data input skills
Good literacy and numeracy skills
The ability to work accurately in accordance with the requirements of the team
The ability to identify potential improvements to processes communicate them effectively to the manager
The ability to deal with enquiries in a customer-friendly and effective manner.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritise workload, and meet team deadlines
The ability to work on own initiative and collaboratively as a team
